Since 2011, Franje Fresh Mushroom Farm has been dedicated to growing, distributing, and marketing the finest organic produce. Located in the scenic region of Byblos, Hboub in Mount Lebanon, our state-of-the-art farm is home to four varieties of specialty mushrooms, as well as rosemary, thyme, basil, and other herbs. These are all carefully cultivated to meet the high standards of top chefs, restaurants, hotels, and stores in the region.

Franje Fresh Mushroom Farm is proud to be one of the largest mushroom farms in Lebanon & GCC, covering over 16,000 square meters in the picturesque town of Byblos, perched above the sparkling waters of the Mediterranean.
